New ALT Has Come !

 Welcome  to  Ueda  Higashi J.H.S. Today  a  new  assistant  language  teacher   has  come  to  this  school  for  the  first  time !

 Her  name  is  Anna  Fritz. 

She  comes  from  State  of  Minnesota , USA .   I  heard  from  her  that  the place  was  famous  for  its  cold  and  snowy  winters  besides  ice  hockey.   Ice  hockey  is  so  popular  like  basketball  and  baseball in  U.S.A. and  Canada.

 She  has  already  gotten  used  to  life  in  Japan .  But   Natto  is  not  her  thing. 

  After  second  period,  she  introduced  herself   to  our  staff  and  at  the  school  assembly  she  did  to  the  students.

 Today  she  has  two  classes,  one  is  for  1st  graders  and  another  for  3rd  graders.

 She  introduced  herself,  her  hometown ,  favorites  and  so  on.   The  students seriously  listened  to  her  with  interest  and  answered  her  questions.

 From  today  to  September  26th,  for  almost  2  weeks,   she'll  teach  English  with  JTE.

 I'm  sure  that  she  will  become  familiar  with  us.  Students  and  teaachers  are  very  friendly   So we  talk  to  her  on  lots  of  occasions.  Please  enjoy  classes  and  some  activities.
